Primal Games are elemental games that deliver actual real world experience of the intangibles of gameplay and learning through play.

These games should be played in order for new teams. Maybe a couple reps of each game over a couple days. Primal Games are not a race, they’re embodied play experiences. You want to experience them if you are new and explore them if you are experienced.

  1. Choose three different skills your dog knows well.
  2. Practice these skills in three different sequences:
  3. A-B-C
  4. B-C-A
  5. C-A-B
  6. Perform each sequence smoothly aiming for fluid transitions between skills.
  7. Focus on clear communication and teamwork with your dog.

After completing the sequences, let your dog relax: "Go do dog stuff".
